Here at Tempest Restoration we take a great deal of pride in the amount of training time we allocate to our technicians.​ This is why the training suite was built when we moved to the new head office in East Anglia, so this is the hub of which everyone travels to in order to gain the best training the UK has to offer.

Branch technicians and directors all undergo a 3 week intensive induction and comprehensive training programme. This is then followed by a one week induction part two to accredit each technician to a high standard of both technical and practical ability. Our training is then developed to follow a 'ladder of learning' that will see all branch directors become certified restorers.

Standards

Tempest Restoration have an accredited training of technicians inline with recognised standards
