Tempest Restoration North London were instructed by our insurers and Argent Adjusters to attend and dry our flood/leak damaged house. We were already in a stressful scenario but Tempest not only contacted us extremely quickly but had attended our property within two hours of initial introduction.

Upon arrival I was guided through exactly what the trained technicians were doing and the approach they would be taking in regards to drying our property not only in the shortest time possible but also in a fashion that would impact our lives minimally.

Tempest Restoration arrived looking smart, were eloquent and were so simple to deal with. They worked around my schedule when organising their check-up times and removed the equipment earlier than expected having dried the affected areas efficiently.

We'd let the place go since our family left home, so somewhat guiltily we asked Tempest Restoration to tackle our neglected carpets, one of which was shockingly dirty. They told us they couldn't perform miracles, but they'd do the very best they could for us. With commendable efficiency the team brought all our sad carpets back to life....and gave us a home again! We hoped we would never have to call a restoration company; unfortunately we were one of many that suffered from the awful floods. The damage was upsetting enough but it was heart breaking to see our precious furniture, many of sentimental value so badly damaged. Tempest Restoration sent their technician who was great. He was quickly able to identify and remove our valuable pieces and reassured us that they could be restored. Drying equipment was set up and all the items that were beyond repair recorded and promptly removed, he would not leave until he had done everything in his power to make us comfortable. Our furniture was restored and the same technician delivered them back to us, we are overjoyed with the results. So many companies would have just written off our furniture but Tempest Restoration went out of their way to help us keep what we really cared about.

We had a fire caused by a faulty tumble dryer; there was smoke damage throughout our home. Tempest Restoration were quickly on the scene and efficiently and considerately removed all our clothing and soft furnishings for cleaning, then immediately set to work cleaning our house and returned to clean our furniture and carpets following work completed by decorators etc. We couldn’t believe the results, like new! We suffered a nasty mould and odour problem to the ground floor of our house due to an undetected water leak. Tempest Restoration provided a fast and efficient service. Their Technician was very methodical identifying the leak and investigated extent of the damage. He took a lot of care and worked really hard to remove the mould. Our house was left spotlessly clean and completely odour free. We were very impressed by their commitment and expertise. I’ll be calling them to come and clean the rest of my carpets upstairs.
