Following flood damage in the home or at your business premises, The priority is to return the affected property to its pre-incident condition as quickly as possible, minimising secondary damage, efficiently, effectively and with the minimum of disruption to you the property owner. Flood damage can have lasting consequences to the structure and integrity of a building. If flood water is not removed quickly and efficiently by experts, you can end up with secondary flood damage which can often go hidden away once the property has been restored to its pre-incident state. A fast response plays a crucial role in minimising damage and losses caused by water.

Our flood damage restoration services include pumping away residual water and removing furniture and other valuables to prevent further damage. Once the damage is mitigated, the drying process begins using energy-efficient drying and dehumidification equipment.
When it comes to the flood damage restoration process, factors such as the composition of the wet materials, airflow and humidity levels determine the approach we would use to extract the water and restore the property. By using the latest technology, we can take continuous measurements of temperature, humidity, moisture content and carbon dioxide levels. This helps us to reduce the drying times of a flood damaged property.

The Various Types of Flood Damage
Clean water damage – The source of this usually comes from leaks on kitchen appliances or any form of water storage in the home or business property, such as a water tank in the loft. The water is not high risk to human health but can cause damage to the building structure.
Grey water damage – The source of this usually comes from locations such as Washing machines, dishwashers and shower drains. Grey water will contain some micro-organisms and the nutrients which they survive in. This type of water leakage does pose a moderate risk to human health.
Black water damage – This is highly unsanitary water contaminated by raw sewage or other harmful chemical or agent. Sources would include drain water coming up through the floor. Black water poses a very high risk to human health and must be dealt with quickly.
